ADA Audit Service respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and order an audit, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you contact us or order an audit, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, business name, and the website you want us to audit. We use it only to communicate with you, perform the audit, and deliver your report.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. GA4 is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2: analytics data collection is blocked by default for visitors in the EU/EEA/UK until consent is granted, and ad-related storage is blocked for all visitors. GA4 may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data such as pages viewed and general location. We do not sell your personal data. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to deliver the audit you ordered, respond to your questions, and send you your report and any follow-up related to that engagement. We do not share your website findings with third parties.

Your choices
