ADA Audit Service respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and order an audit, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you contact us or order an audit, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, business name, and the website you want us to audit. We use it only to communicate with you, perform the audit, and deliver your report.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type and general location. Ad-related storage is turned off for all visitors, and we do not sell your personal data. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you are in the EU, UK, EEA or Switzerland, you see a cookie banner with equal Accept and Decline buttons, and analytics stay off until you accept. Elsewhere, analytics run by default; you can turn them off at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and they stop as soon as you decline. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it at any time from that link.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to deliver the audit you ordered, respond to your questions, and send you your report and any follow-up related to that engagement. We do not share your website findings with third parties.

Your choices

You can turn analytics on or off at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, you can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can ask us to delete the personal information associated with your engagement once it is complete.
