The service

ADA Audit Service provides a manual website accessibility audit that reviews your site against the WCAG 2.1 AA technical criteria and delivers a written report with findings, severity ratings, and remediation notes. The report identifies technical accessibility issues. It does not determine or attest to legal status under the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other law.

Not legal advice

ADA Audit Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site or in an audit report constitutes legal counsel or an attorney-client relationship. An audit report is a technical assessment of WCAG 2.1 AA conformance; it is not a guarantee of ADA compliance and does not protect against any claim or lawsuit. If you have received a demand letter or need legal guidance, consult a qualified attorney.

No guarantee of outcomes

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and no audit or service can guarantee that your website will not be the subject of a claim or lawsuit. Our audit identifies issues we find during a good-faith manual review; it does not warrant that every possible issue has been found or that any legal outcome will follow.

Payment and delivery

Audits are offered at a fixed price as described on the site. We deliver the report within the stated timeframe after we receive your order and access details. Larger sites or e-commerce audits may require a custom quote.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and reports we produce for you, is owned by Kindred Works LLC or its licensors. You may use your audit report for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindred Works LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any audit report, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable audit.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADA Audit Service isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the information here or from any audit report.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
